Paul Reason first trod the boards as Robbie Wiliams back in May 1999. Paul had been fronting a band for the previous 4 years, and was already a seasoned professional entertainer when the idea for a Robbie Tribute came along.
People had been pointing out Paul's uncanny resemblance to Robbie since 1995 when Robbie was leaving Take That. That year Paul won Stars In Their Eyes as Billy Joel, and indeed it was the dancers working on "Stars", and the Take That tour that first pointed the likeness out to him!
By 1998 Robbie had really started to take off as a solo artist, and, as a result of his massive exposure more and more people were noticing Paul's strikingly similar mannerisms to Robbie, and so the idea for a tribute show started to materialise.
Paul always had a natural talent for mimicking other singers, and so the voice was the last piece of the jigsaw and The Robbie Tribute was born!
Right from the word "go" the audiences went wild! Playing Robbie came naturally to Paul and quickly became widely regarded as the world's most entertaining and authentic Robbie Williams Tribute.
Since those early days, Paul has played over 1000 shows as Robbie both at home and abroad, and, has probably done more gigs as Robbie than Robbie has!
Working solo and with his live band, Paul has played small private house parties right through to festivals with an audience of 10,000 people.
Wiith his trademark confidence, energy and professionalism, his show has made him the most highly regarded tribute artiste in Britain today.
